An à la carte menu provides a free exploration of the region. Local produce and artisan ingredients bring new life to timeless dishes drawn from across the Adriatic, moving between the mountains of Njeguši to the tableaux of Italy.
This is complemented by a wine list which features the best producers and appellations in France and Italy, as well as a carefully chosen selection of Balkan wines.
At the heart of our Island-dining approach lies a deep respect for the Adriatic and its bountiful shores. Our culinary team is committed to working exclusively with local fishermen. This ensures the highest-quality produce possible—tomorrow’s fish is still in the sea—and allows us to support the local economy while reducing our carbon footprint. We build on this sustainable approach by using ingredients in their entirety to reduce food waste, and by maintaining a small garden on the Island to grow aromatic herbs and plants.

The Pool Deck is Mamula Island’s vibrant heart. Sitting at the center of the fort, it boasts three sleek pools, a social space for bathing, and rotating menus for drinks and dining.
When done at the beach, it’s off to the bar. Running late into the night, Pinea is our speakeasy for a more intimate aperitif or nightcap.
